As most of us in the sports gaming and wargaming community know, there’s just something satisfying about rolling dice. Sure, the dice gods may not always cooperate, but at least you can look good while your armor gets wiped out or your cleanup hitter strikes out with the bases loaded. A good dice tray just adds to the whole experience, especially when it’s personalized to fit your favorite teams, armies, or gaming style.

While wandering through some sports gaming Facebook groups, I came across Daniel Forcier on Facebook and immediately noticed the awesome dice trays he was making. One look and I knew I had to have one… which quickly turned into “well, maybe two.” You know how that goes in this hobby.

For sports gamers, he can create inserts themed around your favorite teams, and for us wargamers, there are plenty of ways to make your tray feel right at home on the battlefield. It’s a cool way to add a little personality to the gaming table while keeping those wild dice rolls from launching into the next zip code.

You can even have your own personal logos added to the dice trays, which really gives them that custom gaming table feel. The trays look fantastic, but one thing I really appreciate is that they’re padded and surprisingly quiet. That’s a big plus when you’re rolling dice late into the night and trying not to wake up the wife with what sounds like artillery fire coming from the game room.
